RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE RESOLUTION No. 24- �-CC
CLOSING OF AN EXISTING COUNTY
FUND TITLED "ERP RESERVE"
ACCOUNT #312.001
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the ERP Reserve 4312.001 is no longer needed;
WHEREAS, all funds of the ERP Reserve Account #312.001 were transferred out; and
WHEREAS, the closure of the ERP Reserve Account #312.001 may be accomplished
without a public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the following fund is
hereby closed: ERP Reserve Account #312.001 and the Grant County Auditor and Grant
County Treasurer are hereby directed to reflect the closure of said account in their
respective office records.
