RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE RESOLUTION No. 24- W�-CC
CLOSING OF AN EXISTING COUNTY
FUND TITLED "MACC
CONSTRUCTION BOND" ACCOUNT
#307.000.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the MACC Construction Bond #307.000 is no
longer needed; and
WHEREAS, all funds of the MACC Construction Bond Account #307.000 were
transferred to the Emergency Communication Account #135 in 2023; and
WHEREAS, the closure of the MACC Construction Bond Account #307.000 may be
accomplished without a public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the following fund is
hereby closed: MACC Construction Bond Account #307.000 and the Grant County
Auditor and Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to reflect the closure of said
account in their respective office records.
