RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF
TRANSFERING JURISDICTION OF
Excess 10 ft of rights, east side of
Stratford roadlog 94025 in Sections 14, 23
& 26 of Township 22 N Range 28 E. of
W.M. to the Grant County PUD
RESOLUTION No. 24- 0 41 -CC
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 3 9.3 3.010, Grant County, a political subdivision
of the State of Washington, acting through its Board of County Commissioners, recognizes the
benefits of transferring jurisdiction of portions of county roads and rights-of-way, namely that
portion of Excess rights along Stratford Road roadlog 94025 as described below and as shown in
Exhibit A;
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Stratford Road, roadlog 94025
Section 14: per AFN 175575 SW4 east 10 ft thereof.
Section 23: AFN 152351 SW4 east 10 ft thereof; and 152353; NW4 east 10 ft thereof.
Section 26: NW4 AFN 152354 east 10 ft thereof.
in Sections 14, 23, and 26 of T19N R28EWM All in Grant County, Washington,
AND
WHEREAS the County Engineer recommends the Grant County Board of Commissioners
proceed with the transfer of ownership to Grant County PUD as mutually agreed, per 3 9.3 3.010.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County Board
of Commissioners, TRANSFER all interest in the rights-of-way as described above to the Grant
County PUD; along with any existing authority and jurisdiction to accommodate new and
existing power lines, communications lines and other franchised and/or permitted public and
private utilities.
