RESOLUTION TO DECLARE VEHICLE RESOLUTION No. 24- -CC
SURPLUS AND SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, Grant County Sheriff's Office (INET) owns one (1) seized 2019 GMC
Yukon (VIN #1 GKS2HKJ2KR198719) (ASSET # 8036) with an approximate value of
$25,000.00; and
WHEREAS, Grant County Sheriff's Office has determined'
that this vehicle 1s a burden
to maintain by the Sheriff's Office; and
WHEREAS, Grant County Sheriff's Office is requesting q ng that the Board of County
Commissioners declare surplus this vehicle with the intent to transfer the possession of the
Vehicle to the Washington State Patrol.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of Count
Commissioners declare as surplus the above-mentionedy
vehicle.
