RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS
GRANT COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
BALLISTIC ARMOR VESTS
RESOLUTION No. 24- n? -CC
WHEREAS, Grant County Sheriff's Office has multiple Ballistic Armor Vests ests In their
possession; and
WHEREAS, Grant County Sheriff's Office has determined that these items are no longer of use
to Grant County and are being disposed of at the Spokane Waste To Energy (Incinerator); and
WHEREAS, Grant County Sheriff's Office is requestingthat the Grant Co
Commissioners declare surplus these ' County Board of
rp items that are no longer of use to the County, per the attached list
and remove these items from their asset inventory list.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the attached list of Ballistic Armor
Vests.
