RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. 24 -022 -CC
GRANT COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
TASER X26 ELECTRONIC CONTROL
DEVICE
WHEREAS, The Grant County Sheriff's Office owns 1 Taser X26 Electronic Control Device
(see attached Serial and Asset Numbers); and
WHEREAS, The Sheriff's Office has determined that this device is obsolete and not of any use;
and
WHEREAS, The Sheriff's Office is requesting that the Board of County Commissioners declare
surplus this Taser X26 Electronic Control Device to be donated to CB Tech for their criminal justice
program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus 1 Taser X26 Electronic Control Device.
