RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION RESOLUTION No. 24 -
OF THE 3 -NE PHASE 3 PROJECT, CRP -cc
NO. 21-03
WHEREAS, the contractor, Wheeler Excavation of Benton City Washington, has completed all work
required pursuant to their contract with Grant, County for County Road Project (CRP) 21-03, 3-N.E. Phase
3; and
WHEREAS, this project has been examined by the County Road Engineer and has been found to be in
compliance with applicable specifications and drawings; and
WHEREAS, it is the County Road Engineer's recommendation that the Grant County Board of County
Commissioners formally accept the contractor's work and consider the project complete;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Grant County Commissioners concur with
the County Road Engineer's recommendation and hereby accepts the work performed by Wheeler
Excavation, under contract with Grant County for the above-mentioned project, as being complete in
conformance with the project drawings ands pecifications.
