RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION RESOLUTION No. 24- -CC
OF THE DODSON ROAD OVERLAY PH 2,
PH 31 & PH 4 PROJECT, CRP NO. 22-01
WHEREAS, the contractor, Central Washington Asphalt of Moses Lake Washington, has completed all
work required pursuant to their contract with Grant County for County Road Project (CRP) 2201, Dodson
Road Overlay PH 2, PH 3, & PH 4; and
WHEREAS, this project has been examined by the County Road Engineer and has been found to be in
compliance with applicable specifications and drawings; and
WHEREAS, it is the County Road Engineer's recommendation that the Grant County Board of County
Commissioners formally accept the contractor' uv work and consider the project complete.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Grant County Commissionem concur with
the County Road Engineer's recommendation and hereby accept the work performed by Central
Washington Asphalt, under contract with Grant County for the above-mentionedproject, as being
complete in conformance with the project drawings and specifications.
