Request to approve American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding applications as follows: From County Allotment (General Government Services): • District Court (Community Court costs -$500,000) —Decision 12/04 • MACC Request (Compact Rapid Deployable -$50,000) —Decision 12/12 • Grant County Animal Outreach (New Facility -$1,000,000) —Approved depending on later approval of property decision/approval —Decision 12/12 From Non -County Allotment: • Royal City Food Bank (Rent Payments -$8,700) —12/12 4. Request from the Grant County Mosquito Control District No. 1 for permission to operate within the borders of Grant County for the purpose of mosquito abatement for 2024. 5. Appointment letter for Kevin Danby to the Hanford Advisory Board (HAB) as the primary member representing Grant County. 6. Special occasion liquor license application for Big Bend Community College Foundation and their event to be held at 7611 Bolling St., Moses Lake on March 16, 2024, from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. 7. Reimbursement request from Fire District #12 (Wilson Creek) in the amount of $12,423.34 from their previously approved American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding for the purchase of miscellaneous safety equipment. Reimbursement request from Renew in the amount of $30,364.30 from their previously approved American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding to cover costs associated with uninsured services that were provided from March through September 2023. 9. Request to increase the Fair Advisory Committee to 11 individuals as well as change terms from (2) 3 -year terms to (3) 3 -year terms. RENEW 11. Request for Missy Lopez to carry over 38 hours of annual leave into 2024 due to low staffing with Development Services. WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY EXTENSION 12. Memorandum of Agreement, Appendix A in the amount of $146,895.00 with the Washington State University Extension.
