Please authorize the surplus of sheep pens from Barn 28 and 31 to the Douglas County
Y
Fairgrounds for the sum of $1. These pens are being replaced with new pens recently
acquired through grants and capital budget.

GRANT COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS
SHEEP PENS AND ORDERING THE
SALE THEREOF
RESOLUTION No. 24- 0 D3 -CC
WHEREAS, Grant County Fairgrounds has sheep pens that are of no use to the
Fairgrounds; and
WHEREAS, they are now requesting that the Grant County Board of Commissioners
declare surplus these items; and
WHEREAS, it is their intent to sell the sheep pens to the Douglas County Fairgrounds
for the sum of one (1) dollar.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the above-mentioned sheep pens.
