in RCW 29A.60 for Robin Rutty, Kaylyn Orozco, and Aleanah Lopez to act as representatives for
the County; and for Karrie Stockton and Sally Goodwin to handle the ballots through the mail
room process for a Special Election to be held on February 13, 2024.
3. Designation of County Commissioner Cindy Carter to serve as the County Legislative Authority
on the Canvassing Board for the Special Election to be held on February 13, 2024.

December 41 2026.
8. Appointment letter for David McWalter to the Grant County Tourism Commission, representing
District 1, for a 3 -year term beginning December 5, 2023, through December 4, 2026.
9. Revised Special Occasion liquor license for Columbia Basin Cancer Foundation for the event

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
11. Washington Military Department of Homeland Security Grant Program E24-122 in the amount
of $121, 065.00. The term of the grant is September 1, 2023, through January 31, 2026. The
purpose of the grant is to fund activities to prevent, protect against, and respond to terrorist
attacks.

INC., in the amount of $7,000.00 for the purpose of tracking event demographics and
attendees for all fairground events. This is asole-source purchase and will be funded out of
the 2024 Advertising budget.

15. Appointment and Oath of Office of Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Anthony Menke, of

18. Award letter to Western Construction for the 2023 Crushing and Stockpiling Project in the
amount of $1,416,500.00.
19. Award letter to KRCI, LLC., for the 9 -NW Reconstruction Project in the amount of $1.,900.,199.80.
