The term of the grant is September 1, 2023, through January 31, 2026. The purpose of the grant is to fund activities to prevent, protect against, and respond to terrorist attacks. FAIRGR011Nnr% 9. Held from the 12/05/2023 Consent Agenda: Request to purchase software from Placer Labs, INC., in the amount of $7,000.00 for the purpose of tracking event demographics and attendees for all fairground events. Request to purchase a new audio/visual system to support the apprenticeship program. The purchase will be made from Avidex Industries, LLC in the amount of $61,263.31. SHERIFF'S OFFICE 11. Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office, Grant County ORV Maintenance and Operation Grant Agreement No. 22-157M, in the amount of $100,000.00, for the ongoing maintenance and operation to support off-road vehicle use for the Moses Lake Sand Dunes. The term of the agreement is November 1, 2023, through October 31, 2025. 12. Request to surplus K9 Chewy to his handler, Sergeant Nicholas Overland due to current age, years of service, and potential for medical issues. Upon approval, Release of Indemnity Agreement In Exchange for Transfer of Police Service Dog will be signed. 13. Letter of Agreement Boyd Mordhorst Memorial Shooting Range Contract with the Ephrata Sportsmen's Association for formal firearms use and activities. The term of the agreement is January 11 2024, through December 31, 2024, in the amount of $900.00. 14. Amendment to the previously signed (November 7, 2024) Intergovernmental Agreement between Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission and Grant County Sheriff's Office to establish a cooperative framework to enhance the performance of boating safety and education services in the state per RCW 88.02650 and WAC 352-65.010. The term of the agreement is upon signature of the State Parks Commission through September 30, 2024. TECHNOLOGY SERVICES 15.
