AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing, and made available to the Board.
2. Request to approve sole source purchase of Just Appraised Software in the amount of
$18.,700.00 for software that will improve workflow and indexing of documents within the
Assessor's and Auditor's office.
COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE
3. Washington Counties Risk Group invoice 2023-33996-0149-6 in the amount of $4,.864,.805.61 for
the renewal of the county's General Liability Insurance coverage.
FAIRGROUNDS
4. Held from the 11/21/2023 Consent Agenda: Request to purchase software from Placer Labs,
INC., in the amount of $7,000.00 for the purpose of tracking event demographics and
attendees for all fairground events. This is asole-source purchase and will be funded out of.
the 2024 Advertising budget.

5. Request for Director Suhail Palacios to DocuSign Amendment B on the Washington State
Department of Commerce, Office of Crime Victims Advocacy — VOCA Grant No. F19-31219-476.
The purpose of the amendment is to reduce the federal obligation to the amount expended to
date and obligate remaining funds from state funding with no changes to the total budget or
other terms.

6. Washington State Department of Revenue Levy Certification for County Roads Fund in the
amount of $10.,865,904.27.
