RESOLUTION INITIATING COUNTY RESOLUTION No. 23-' �� -CC
ROAD PROJECT DESIGNATED AS
CRP NO. 23-16
WHEREAS, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Q -SW Rd. Reconstruction (George City Limits to
Frenchman Hills Road), State Road Log No. 91035 from milepost 0.82 to milepost 5_,82 be improved as
follows:
This project will resurface Q -SW with a new Class A BST, add crushed surfacing to improve the
load carry capacity and widen the pavement from 26 feet to 34 feet. Project work will include
rotomilling, roadway excavation, embankment, crushed surfacing base and top course, BST
surfacing, drainage and permanent signing.
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby ordered
and authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided. (RCW 36.75.050, 36.80.030,
36.80.070)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road
fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
