Vasquez, Clerk of the Board Jim Anderson -Cook, Deputy Director of Development Services Chris Young, Director of Development Services Public: See Sign In Sheet The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance relating to the amendments of Ch. 14.04 of the Grant County Code titled "Buildings and Construction". Chris Young, Director of Development Services presented the proposed amendments. Legislative vs. Quasi -Judicial actions and submittal of exhibits was discussed. A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Stone, to close the public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by Commissioner Stone to approve the Code Amendments as presented. Commissioner Carter seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned.
