Videx The equipment only order associated with proposal 230342 dated 11/27/2023 is based on phase one of a two phase project. Phase one is the equipment order and phase two would be the installation and implementation of the system. The equipment is based on the following overall project scope listed below. Overall Project Scope A new audio-visual system for Public Works Conference Room A & B is desired. The proposed system shall provide the ability to join Microsoft Teams meetings with an integrated Teams Room Codec, utilizing installed beam -forming array microphone, ceiling speakers, projector and displays. An HDMI connection shall be provided in the included podium for an owner provided room PC and shall be routable to the own furnished Teams codec's content input or in room displays. Two touch screens shall also be mounted in the podium for room and call control. A secondary wall mounted HDMI input on the B side room shall provide local presentation capabilities on a 55 -inch and 75 -inch display with audio from that source coming from the ceiling speakers on the B side only. The touch screen controller shall select room combinations, control source volumes and system power. A handheld wireless microphone and a lapel wireless microphone shall be provided for in -room sound reinforcement and for the benefit of those on the Teams call when speaking to large groups. Wireless mics shall also include rechargeable batteries with 8 hour run-time and charging dock. To meet ADA requirements for meeting spaces an infrared wireless assisted listening system will be provided.
