The Port of Royal Slope Commissioners and I -thank you again for awardinv, the Port of Royal
Slope the $268,,800.00 SIP Grant No. 2022-04 for our Well #3 Project and for extending our
expiration date of June 61n, 2023. For the Port of Royal Slope to apply to the EISA for a
$3,306,000.00 grant they require i have the % match committed at the time of our
we 20
application. Your contribution of $268,800.00 'is a giant, step in reaching that 20% match.
I arri continuing to look for an additional grant or if necessaryy a loan to meet the 20% match and

keep up with the day-to-day operations at the Port. It has taken more time than 1 -ink ined
navigathz websites-, updating critical. data and finding programs that can work toaether. It seems
each time you find a knowledgeable person in an agency who can help guide and assist you, they
move on, or their position is cut as I clear one hurdle it seems one more is waiting.
I am asking for an additional 6 -month extension until June 30, 2024# What this .,means to you. as a
