The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider the Auditors Office Budget
Extension for the following funds:
Fund #312.001— ERP System: $1,443,877.00 for a transfer out .
Fund # 123.001— ERP System: $ 5,172,877.00 for professional services and ending cash balance
Emili Wash provided a brief overview of the request.
A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Jones, to close the public
comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed with two Commissioners in attendance. A motion
was made by Commissioner Carter to approve the budget extension as presented. Commissioner Jones
seconded and the motion passed with two Commissioners in attendance. The hearing adjourned.
