purchased for $1080.95. Due to changes, we cannot use deputies as pilots.

RESOLUTION DECLARING SHERIFF'S RESOLUTION No. 23- -CC
SURPLUS OFFICE BOSE HEADSET
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.34.010, the Grant County Board of County
Commissioners has the authority to decide whether real or personal property owned by the county is
surplus to the needs of the county; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff's Office owns a Bose Aviation A20 Headset (Asset
No. SA20841); and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriffs Office has determined this item is no longer of use
to deputies; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff s Office has requested that the Grant County Board of
County Commissioners declare this property to be surplus to the needs of the county; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the declaration of such property, it is the intent of the Sheriffs
Office to sell this Bose Aviation A20 Headset to Greg Hutchison for the estimated value of $400.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the above-named items with the intent to sell it to Greg Hutchison.
