Terms of Service
The Terms of Service located at https://Iimblecmms.com/terms-of-service/ govern Limble's provision of, and Customer's
use of, the products and services ordered by Customer under this Order Form. This Order Form together with the Terms
of Service (collectively, the "Agreement") constitute a binding contract by and between Limble and Customer. In the
event of any conflict between this Order Form and the Terms of Service, this Order Form will govern. Capitalized terms
used, but not defined, in this Order Form have the meanings given them in the Terms of Service.
Contract Renewal
At the end of the Initial Term, the Term and this Agreement will continue on a year-to-year basis until one Party gives
notice of termination or non -renewal to the other Party at least 30 days before the beginning of the next renewal year.

Sales Tax
The prices stated above do not include sales tax or other applicable taxes. The final total to be paid by Customer,
including any applicable taxes, will be reflected in the invoice.
Marketing Permissions
During the Term of the Agreement, Customer grants permission to Limble to identify Customer as a Limble customer
using Customer's name or logo in any marketing, sales, public relations, or financial materials.
