RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS
GRANT COUNTY RENEW
MISCELLANEOUS FURNITURE ITEMS
SURPLUS
RESOLUTION No. 23- 1 - j,3 -CC
WHEREAS, Grant County Renew has miscellaneous items in their possession; and
WHEREAS, Renew has determined that these items are now obsolete, broken, and/or no longer
of use to Grant County, or will be disposed of through the Grant County Landfill; and
WHEREAS, they are requesting that the Grant County Board of Commissioners declare surplus
these items that were previously destroyed, no longer have or need to be recycled through the Technology
Services Department, per the attached list, and remove these items from their asset inventory list; and
WHEREAS, it is their intent to dispose of miscellaneous furniture -related items via the Grant
County Landfill.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the attached list of miscellaneous furniture items.
