Scope of Work:
Convergint Technologies to upgrade badge security system for our Elections Department previously
purchased with HAVA3.
Provide labor and programming to update the existing system from v7.6 to v8.1. Under this proposal
Convergint will plan to reuse the existing system software or Grant County can provide a new physical or
VM server as it meets the Lenel Specifications. The existing readers licenses and integrations will remain
the same.and will not be modified under this proposal. After the update, Convergint will verify that all
controllers are communication and will physically verify doors at the Courthouse work properly on a
successful card swipe.
Time line for project. -
Our Maintenance Director will be working with Convergint Technologies to facilitate installation as soon
as possible,
