GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF THE APPOINTMENT
OF ROBERT SCHROM, W.G."BILL" LEFLER,
TERRY CUMMINGS, AND GLENN CHAMBERLAIN
TO THE LOCAL NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE FOR
THE STATE CITIZEN PROPONENT NEGOTIATION
(CPN) PROCESS ON THE RABANCO DANGEROUS
WASTE SITE
RESOLUTION # 91 -91 -cc (A)
WHEREAS, Grant County has made a decision to proceed with the State
Citizen Proponent Negotiation process on the Rabanco Dangerous Waste Site; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Department of Ecology's Citizen Proponent
Negotiations Grant Guidelines, the lead local government shall appoint four
members to the local negotiating committee; and
WHEREAS, it was the feeling of the County Commissioners that Robert
Schrom, W.G."Bill° Lefler, Terry Cummings, and Glenn Chamberlain would meet the
requirements of the committee and had special expertise in various areas that
would be of great advantage to the committee, and
WHEREAS, the Board reposes special trust and confidence in the ability and
integrity of the aforementioned persons, now, therefore,
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF GRANT COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, that Robert Schrom, W.G.°Bill" Lefler, Terry Cummings and
Glenn Chamberlain be, and hereby are appointed to serve on the State Citizen
Proponent Negotiating Committee for the Rabanco Dangerous Waste Site process.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this appointment will be effective July
10,1991.
