RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. 23- 1 , � -CC
GRANT COUNTY PROPERTY LOCATED
IN TRINIDAD AND CONSIDER THE SALE
THEREOF
WHEREAS, Grant County owns the following property:
Parcel 050628000 Lots 5 to 7 BLOCK 2 TRINIDAD, Parcel 050629000 LOTS 8 TO 10 BLOCK 2
TRINIDAD, Parcel 50853000 LOTS 1 TO 4; LOTS 11 TO 22 BLOCK 2 & VAC ALLEY 2ND ST
GRAND STREET TRINIDAD RESURVEY &
off SR 28 North of Cresent Bar
WHEREAS, Grant County has determined that these parcels are no longer needed; and
WHEREAS, RCW's 3 6.34.010 and 3 9.3 3.020 gives the authorization to surplus Countproperty;

WHEREAS, Grant County held a public hearing on October 17, 2023 at 3:15to m

testimony either for or against the proposal; and p
WHEREAS, at this public hearing, the Grant County Commissioners voted to consolidate the three
parcels and sell them as one unit, with a minimum starting sale price of $65,000.00 and direct the County
Treasurer to include them in his next count property auction.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County

as one unit, and set the minimum value at $65,000.00 at the Treasurer's Auction.
