DISCUSSION DECISIONS FROM OCTOBER 16, 2023
I'm requesting that the following decisions be given official final approval based on
BOCC discussions from the October 16, 2023 ARPA meeting.

From County Allotment (General Government Services):
• District Court (AudioNisual-$400K) —Approved Request
• New Hope/Kids Hope (Salary & Operating -$1,044,008) — Request
Approved ... $406,214 was previously approved. This brings the total ARPA Grant
to $1,450,222 for 5 Y2 years. And ... all remaining funding allocations for New
Hope/Kids Hope will be moved under County Allotment in General government
Services
• City of Moses Lake (Sleep Center -$633K) —Approved Request
• Grant County Public Works (MVFT loss -$679K) —Approved Request
From Non -County Allotment:
• .Boys &Girls Club (after-school transportation -$45K) —Approved Request
• Hope Source (matching grant for HUD rapid re -housing -$40,876) —Approved
Request
• House of Hope Ministry -Jacob's Well (addiction recovery transitional house -
$72K) —Approved Request
• Royal Water District (well costs -$580K) —Approved Request
• City of Warden Sewer Project ($656K) —Approved Request
From ARPA PILT Funds:
• Royal City (Park electrical enhancement -$100K) —Approved Request
