IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTION NO. 91 -83 -CC
CHANGING THE ZONING
FROM "A (AGRICULTURE)" RESOLUTION ADOPTING
TO "S-2 (SUBURBAN)" A PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
PORTION OF SECTION 1,
TOWNSHIP 19 N., RANGE 28 GARY AND SHARON MORGAN
E.W.M.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of
Grant County has been advised by the Grant County Planning
Commission that a public hearing was conducted on June 5,
1991, on the matter of changing the zoning from "A (Agricul-
ture)" to "S-2 (Suburban)" in a portion of Section 1, Township
19 N., Range 28 E.W.M. and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having
said recommendation, has given notice this matter would be
heard at their regular meeting on June 25 , 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County, does hereby accept and adopt the
recommendation of the Grant County Planning Commission and does,
by this Resolution, amend the Grant County Comprehensive Plan
and the Official Zoning Map for Grant County to the effect that the
following described property shall henceforth be zoned as "S-2
(Suburban)"
A portion of the south half of said Section 1,
Township 19 N., Range 28 E.W.M., south of the
Rocky Coulee Wasteway. Said area containing
141.5 acres.
