GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 91 -84 -CC
WHEREAS, Declan Smith, MSW qualifies as a Designated Mental
Health Professional as defined in WAC 275-56-010 (33), and
RCW 71.05.010 (6) and is employed by Grant County Mental
Health and Family Service Center;
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Grant County Commissioners
that Declan Smith, MSW be designated to provide the services
of a Mental Health Professional as defined in RCW Chapter
71.05, effective this 18th day of June, 1991.
