RESOLUTION NUMBER 91-81—CC
WHEREAS, the Grant County Commissioners have been working on an ordinance
regarding the building of additions to recreational vehicles, or on recreational vehicle lots,
and
WHEREAS, they have been receiving applications to build on such lots, and
WHEREAS, until such time as the proposed ordinance is ready for public hearing
and adoption the Commissioners don't wish to approve applications to build on such
lots,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Grant County
Commissioners do declare a moratorium on all building permits for any additions to
recreational vehicles or recreational vehicle lots until such time as the approval of the
pending ordinance or October 1,1991.
