WHEREAS, the Grant County Treasurer has advised that Grant County's portion
of the P.U.D. Privilege Tax has been received in the amount of $974,013.95, and
WHEREAS, Grant County Cities and Towns have received the following amount
from the Grant County Treasurer's Office:

According to R.C.W. 54.28.090, the county legislative authority
shall direct the county treasurer---to..-distribute these funds to
each taxing district in the.county"other--than school districts in
a manner they deem most,.equi'table, except not less than an amount
equal to .75% of the; gross"revenues obtained"by a district from
the sale of electrical energy within any uninco'r.porated city or
town shall be remitted ta,such city..or town.
Attached is a copy'of the"compu"tat""ion of the`,ities' and towns'
portion which amounts to a total of $82,622..80 and money to go
directly to Fire 8 General and North Central.Regional Library.
The balance of $974,013.95 is to be d,i"stributed according to your
direction.
