Please cons''Ider the attached proposal from Tatum Lawn Care for landscape a'n.tenance of our
Moses Lake office. Services to be performed consist of weekly lawn maintenance, lawn
ferfilizer/weed control, lawn aeration, tree/shrub insect and disease control, tree/shrub trimming,
weekly litter removal-, spring ing and fall cleanup, UGS/dripline repair and maintenance
and snow
removal/application of deicer.
The total proposed annual cost for these services is 10,375,0 0. Fund's for this service will come from

sheet as well. This is to add other items specifically
'irrigation repair issues and Snow .& Ice.
Irrigatl4on Repair:
Irrigation repairs needed throughout the season will be
completed -at $75-00 hr plus materials.
Snow:
Ybur facility is and has been grid on our list when it snows. We
plow right after we complete the community health next door,
which assures you that your lot -is clear prior to opening.

Deicing of the -lot is done with a granular product.

There are times that we will use Less than 300 lbs and sometimes
more. Usually -the maximum material used has been 450 lbs, only
if there are severe ±ce conditione, -e
As far as snow and Ice, we use our judgement t.o make sure the
pede8trians are safe on yout lot. We.dan be reached on my cell

ice is predicted, deicer must be applied up to a MaArnurn of

12 hours before predicted (Moses Lake), Qui'ncy office will need
to have rear sluff entrance walkway cleared, as well as perimeter
sidewalks, front parking area, and front entrances, also by 7:OOAM.
