RESOLUTION REGARDING
THE SETTLEMENT OF THE
OXBORROW BANKRUPTCY
ESTATE REAL PROPERTY
TAXES & INTEREST ON
THE WATERSLIDE
RESOLUTION # 91 -51 -CC
WHEREAS, the trustees of the Oxborrow Bankruptcy Estate object to the payment
of personal property taxes on parcel # 11-0066-002, and
WHEREAS, due to the costs in administrative expense the County has agreed to
settle the outstanding taxes,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that Grant County does hereby
stipulate and compromise that they will accept through May, 1991 the amount of
$60,541.43, in addition to the 1984 tax in the amount of $64.00, and agree to sale of said
parcel free and clear of other tax liens to date.
