GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
In the matter of Resolution No. 91 -54 -CC
changing the zoning from
"A (Agriculture)'' to Resolution Adopting Planning
"I -L (Light Industrial)" Commission Recommendation
in a portion of Section
9, Township 16 N.,
Range 26 E.W.M.
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County has been advised'by the Grant County Planning Commission
that a public hearing was conducted on April 3, 1991 on the matter
of changing the zoning from "A (Agriculture)" to "I -L (Light
Industrial)" in a portion of Section 9, Township 16 N., Range 26
E.W.M., and;
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners, having
said recommendation, has given notice this matter would be
considered at their regular meeting on , 1991.
Now, therefore, be it resolved, that the Board of
County Commissioners for Grant County, Washington, does hereby
accept and adopt the recommendation of the Grant County Planning
Commission and does by this Resolution, amend the Grant County
Comprehensive Plan and the official zoning map for Grant County to
the effect that the following described property shall henceforth
be zoned as "I -L (Light Industrial)".
