HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 91-041-CC' BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 91 -41 -CC A RESOLUTION relating to the establishment in the District Court and necessary, pursuant to the Department of an Employee position to be named District Court Deputy III tment WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of Grant County Commissioners that a new Employee position should be established as set forth hereinabove; and WHEREAS, it appears reasonable and necessary, pursuant to the needs of the D• o De a tment NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE 130ARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the following Employee Position in the District Court Department is hereby created and established: District Court Department ,and the Grant County Auditor is hereby directed to establish said Employee Pos- ition in the respective fund and department. This resolution is in the best interests of good government and shall take effect immediately. Maureen has successfully completed all training associated with the Deputy III position and has been working in that capacity since March l.. Because of the supervisory aspects associated with the Deputy III position, Maureen understands that, should she return to the Moses Lake office on a regular basis, she would forfeit the salary of the Deputy III position. Her salary would then be at the Deputy II level, presently $1,427.00 per month. // 5- /&,00 Kindly increase Maureen`s salary to $174a;.00 per month, effective March 1, 1991. Sincerely, Shirley D.
