RESOLUTION AMENDING COUNTY RESOLUTION No. 23- -CC
ROAD PROJECT DESIGNATED AS
CRP NO. 23_, RESOLUTION 23 -011 -CC
WHEREAS, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT DRUMHELLER CONNECTOR IMPROVEMENTS, State
Road Log No. 40555 from milepost 4.63 to milepost 12.54 be improved as follows:
This project will design and improve the existing primitive road in preparation for opening the
existing Drumheller right-of-way with a new gravel road. The proposed gravel road would
connect the Hiawatha Interchange at 1-90 to the existing SR282 intersection at Road A -NW. The
proposed Drumheller connector would be improved to a 34' wide gravel road, in preparation for
future pavement improvements. The proposed construction work would include culverts,
roadway excavation, embankment, 6" crushed surfacing base course, and 3" crushed surfacing
top course.
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby ordered
and authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided. (RCW 36.75.050, 36.80.030,
36.80.070)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road
fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
