GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
PERMIT FOR INGRESS AND
EGRESS ON COUNTY ROAD
RIGHT-OF-WAY
RESOLUTION NO. 91 -14 -CC
WHEREAS, Philip Isack, representing Isack Land, Inc.,
hereinafter referred to as the grantee, has a need for the
privilege to use a thirty (30) foot road right-of-way, lying on
the East side of the South 'h of Section 10, Township 18 North,
Range 28 East W.M., for access to their property for farming
purposes only and not for habitat or dwelling access;
WHEREAS, the grantee is aware that Grant County holds
an easement right from the USBR and is subject to future
directions from the USBR concerning this easement right, and;
WHEREAS, this privilege is revocable at will by
grantor, with or without cause, and;
WHEREAS, in consideration of this permit, the grantee
agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the County of Grant from
any and all loss or damages of any kind, including costs and
attorney's fees, incident to or resulting from any claims made
against the County of Grant by any party as a result of or
incident to, using the above described road right-of-way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of
County Commissioners of Grant,County, Washington hereby grants
the privilege of ingress and egress for farming purposes to the
grantee across the above described road right-of-way subject to
the above stated provisions.
