BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 91 -12 -CC
A RESOLUTION authorizing an appropriation 111d expenditure of funds
for the following department/fund: ALCOHOL/DRUG ABUSE FUND #115,DEPART-
MENT #157 , t:o€;ether with a budget there-
fore, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention Of the Board
of Country Commissioners of Grant Count: ,y that emergency conditions
require that an appropriation and expenditure of funds be auth-
orized for the above-mentioned department/fund, together with a
budget therefor; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140, Resolution No. 91 -8 -CC
was duly adopted on 1/14/91 , and published in the
G.C.Journal on 1/21&1/28/91 declaring an
emergency and stating the facts constituting the emergency and
the estimated amount of funds .required to meet it, together with a
notice of public hearing, and said public; hearing was held thereon
where interested persons were allowed to appear and be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED
BY TME BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF GRANT
COUNTY,
STATE OF
WASHINGTON, that an appropriation
and expenditure
of funds
is hereby
authorized for the following
department/fund:
ALCOHOL/DRUG
ABUSE
FUND #115,DEPARTMENT #157
in the total sum
of $ 7,400
according to the attached
budget
This resolution is in the best interests of good government
and shall take effect; :immediately upon its passage.
