ING THE ZONING FROM RESOLUTION NO. 91 -11 -CC
"A (AGRICULTURE)" TO
"C -FS" AND "S-1" IN A
PORTION OF SECTION 32 Connie P. Shinn Hutsell
TOWNSHIP 19 N., RANGE
29 E.W.M.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County has been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission
that a public hearing was conducted on December 5, 1990 on the
matter of changing the zoning from "A (Agriculture)" to "S-1
(Suburban)" and "C -FS (Commercial Freeway Service)" a portion
of Section 32, Township 19 N., Range 28 E.W.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having
said recommendation, has given notice this matter would be
considered at their regular meeting on January 7, 1991;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of
County Commissioners for Grant County, Washington, does by
this Resolution, amend the Grant County Zoning Comprehensive
Plan and the Official Zoning Map for Grant County to the
effect that the following described property shall henceforth
be zoned as "C -FS (Commercial Freeway Service)" for thirty
acres and 60 acres as "S-1 (Suburban)" described as follows:
A portion of Farm Unit 3, Irrigation Block 421
and a portion of the South half of the Northwest
quarter all in Section 32, Township 19 N., Range
29 E.W.M.
