RESOLUTION NO. 91-10—CC
WHEREAS, Mary A. Price, M.S. qualifies as a Designated Mental
as defined by WAC 275-56-010,(33), and RCW 71.05.010 (6) and
County(Mental Health and Family Service Center;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of the Grant County
Mary A. Price, M.S. be designated to provide the services of
Professional as defined in RCW Chapter 71.05, effective this
1991.
