GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 91 -6 -CC
WHEREAS, RESOLUTION NUMBER 82 -123 -CC, dated December 6,1982
established a revolving fund(account) for the district Court Department #102(Ephrata
Office) District court Revolving Account; and
WHEREAS, the amount of $100 established by Resolution No. 82 -123 -CC, and the
additional amount of $25.00 established by Resolution No. 84 -153 -CC has been
demonstrated to be insufficient
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF GRANT COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, THAT:
1. The amount be increased by $100 to a total of $225.
2. The use of the $225 will be for the purposes described in Resolution No. 82-
123 -CC and 84 -153 -CC.
3. The existence and procedures of a revolving account will remain unchanged.
