GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF
EXCHANGING PROPERTY FOR
SILICA ROAD IMPROVEMENT
RESOLUTION NO. 91 -1 -CC
WHEREAS, Grant County is desirous of obtaining a right
of way from Ed and Christine Englund to re -locate and construct
Silica Road as described in Exhibit "A" attached, and
WHEREAS, Ed and Christine Englund are willing to donate
the right of way provided, the County relinquishes its interest
in the previously deeded right of way as shown and described on
Exhibit "B" attached, and
WHEREAS, the right of way previously deeded by the
Englunds will be of no value for road purposes after the
completion of the Silica Road re -location.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners that, after completion of the Silica Road re-
location project, the County will by Quit Claim Deed transfer
its' interest in the right of way described in Exhibit "B" to Ed
and Christine Englund. Said action being conditioned upon the
voluntary donation of the right of way described in Exhibit "A"
by the Englunds.

EXHIBIT "A"
Starting at the NE corner of Section 28, Township 18
North, Range 23 E. W.M.; thence South along said section
line a distance of 26.28' to the true point of beginning.
Thence North 88052122" West a distance of 34.051; thence
North 0104512311 East a distance of 25.88' to the point of
curvature of a curve to the left (Northwesterly) having
a chord bearing North 31°44'34" West and a distance of
796.57' (radius of 14501). Following the described curve
an arc distance of 227.53' to the intersection of said
curve and the North boundary line of Section 28; thence
East along the North section line a distance of 83.40' to
an intersection point of the North section line and a
curve. This intersection point lies East of section
corner 28, 21, 22, 27 a distance of 9.601; thence
Southeasterly an arc distance of 226.69' (chord bearing
South 07052108" East - 226.011) along the following
curve: a curve having a radius of 1450' and radial point
located South 74013119" West - 830.76' of the NE corner
of Section 28; thence South 8902511911 West a distance of
46.11' back to the True Point of Beginning.
Encompassing an area of 0.44 acres more or less.
