RESOLUTION NO. 911 -5 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the establishment of a pEe0Mqc/
revolving fund (account) for the following county department:

WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners that a petty cash/revolving fund (account)
should be established as set forth hereinbelow; and
IHEREAS, the establishment of said fund is in accordance
with state and county laws and does not require a public budget
hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS, as follows:
1. That a N/revolving fund (account) to be known
as ust�pcaun, is hereby established
in the amount o N/A for the tollowint county depart-
ment: jail T�.,)t-__,#11 5 r,rrrant PxDensp f,nd 4001
2. That the head of said county department shall be custodian
of said fund, shall record all transactions according to proper
accounting procedures, and shall use it only for the purpose of:
Holding_ prisoner's cash.
3. That if a checking account is used, all checks drawn
from said account shall be signed by: ShifL Sunervisor ,
(and) )OMTX one other Corrections Officer
4. That all expenditures from said fund are to be supported
with appropriate receipts and reimbursement of said fund shall
be by claim voucher and warrant.
