IN THE MATTER OF CANCELLATION ) RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
OF PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES ) COUNTY TREASURER TO
CANCEL TAXES
RESOLUTION NUMBER 91 -3 -CC
WHEREAS, the Treasurer of Grant County has submitted to
the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County tax cancella-
tions levied in error or uncollectible due to bankruptcy, dissi-
pation of assets, foreclosure, etc., and
WHEREAS, said list does comprise two pages and is
hereby made a part of this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED that the Treasurer of
Grant County is hereby authorized to make said cancellation and
to make the necessary adjusting entries involved.
Done, this day of January, 1991.
