GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 90 -160 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to a supplemental extent:i.on in the
1990 budget of ALCOHOL & DRUG ABUSE FUND #115,
DEPARTMENT ;157 from unanticipated state and/or
federal funds.
WHEREAS, it has been brought, to the attention of the Board
of Grant County Commissioners that unatiti.c:i.pated stage and/or
federal funds have been made available .for the 1990 budget
of ALCOHOL & DRUG ABUSE FUND #115, DEPARTMENT #157
in the total amount of $ 14.550 and
WHEREAS, RCW 36.40.:100 authorizes supplemental appropr:i.at;ions
from unanticipated state and/or :federal fLinclS after publication of
notice of the time and dater of the meeting at which the:� supplemental.
appropriation resolution will be adopted, and the amount of the
appropriation, once each week, :for two consecutive weeks prior to
such meeting in the official newspaper of the county: and
WHEREAS, publication of the i•equ:i.site legal notice was made
in the G.C.Journal _newspaper of' Grant County on
12/20&12/27/90 and said public meeting was held in the
Grant County Commissioners' Office, Grant County Courthouse,
Ephrata, Washington;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE II' RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the
1990 budget of ALCOHOL & DRUG ABUSE FUND
#115,DEPAIR ENT 9157 is hereby supplemented and extended
in the total sum of $ $14,550 from unanticipated
state and/or federal funds in the following categories and items:
