This Quote Acceptance is entered into by and between TeamViewer Germany GmbH ("TeamViewer"),
with place of business at Bahnhofsplatz 2, 73033 G6ppingen, Germany; and the customer named on
the attached quotation ("Customer").
Preamble
WHEREAS, TeamViewer has offered to provided Customer with the products and/or services outlined
in the attached binding quotation (the "Quote").
WHEREAS, Customer wishes to accept the Quote within the prescribed terms set out in the Quote.
Agreement
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises of the parties set forth herein, and of
other good and valuable consideration, Customer hereby agrees as follows:
1. Customer confirms its acceptance of the Quote and agreement to the TeamViewer End User
License Agreement and Data Processing Agreement, located at
ht.t,ps:,ZZwww.teamviewer.com/en-usZe (the 11 E U LA").
2. Customer represents it has the power and authority to agree to the terms herein.
This document, together with the EULA and Quote, along with any attachments, orders, exhibits and
addenclums signed prior to., or contemporaneously with, this document (collectively, the
"Agreement") constitutes the entire agreement between Customer and TeamViewer with respect to
the subject matter hereof. Any terms or conditions in any purchase order or form that are in addition to
or inconsistent with the terms and conditions herein will have no legal effect on the parties. A facsimile or
electronic copy of this document properly signed by an authorized representative of Customer shall
constitute a valid original.
The undersigned hereby represents and warrants to having the full power and authority to enter into
the Agreement and has taken all action necessary to authorize the execution, delivery, and
performance of the Agreement.
