GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 90 -156 -CC
A RESOLU'T'ION authorizing an appropri.at.ion and expenditure of :funds
for the following department/fund: TOURISM FUND #114, DEPARTMENT ;•156
,together with a budget there-
fore, pursuant; to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant County that emergency conditions
require that an appropriation and expenditure of funds be auth-
orized for the above-mentioned department/:fund, together with a
budget: therefor; and
WHEREAS, pursuant, to RCW 36.40.140, Resolution No. 90 -144 -CC
was duly adopted on 12/26/90 ,and published in the
Grant County Journal on 12/13&12/20/90 declaring an
emergency and stating the facts constituting the emergency and
the estimated amount of funds required to meet it, together with a
notice of public hearing, and said public hearing was held thereon
where interested persons were allowed to appear and be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED
BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF GRANT
COUNTY,
STATE OF
WASHINGTON, that an appropriation
and expenditure
of funds
is hereby
authorized for the following
department/fund:
TOURISM
FUND #.114,
DEPARTMENT #156
in the total sum
of $ 1,500
according to the attached
budget
This resolution is in the best interests of good government
and shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
