RESOLUTION NO. 90 -157 -CC
A RESOLUTION r -elating to a supp:l.emental extention in the
1990 budget of CURRENT EXPENSE FUND 41001,
RLDG_ & FTRF. MARSHAL DEPT.44116 from unanticipated state and/or
federal funds.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of Grant Country Commissioners that, unanticipated state and/or
federal :funds have been made available :fo.r. the 1990 budget
Of (:j]RRF.N7' FXP_FTTND #001, BLDG. & FIRE MARSHAL DEPARTMENT #116
in the total amount of $ $3,200 _; and
WHEREAS, RCW 36.40.1.00 authorizes supplemental appropriations
from unanticipated stage and/or federal funds after publication of
notice of the time and elate of the meeting at which the supplemental
appropriation resolution will be adopted, and the amount of t;he
appropriation, once each week, :for t:wo consecutive weeks prior to
such meeting in the official newspaper of the county: and
WHEREAS, publication of the requisite legal notice was made
in the G.C. Journal newspaper of Grant County on
12/13&12/20/90 and said public: meeting was held in the
Grant County Commissioners' Office, Grant County Courthouse,
Ephrata, Washington;
NOW, THEREFORE, I3E IT RESOLVED 13Y THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the
1990 budget of CURRENT EXPENSE FUND #001, BLDG.
& FTRE MARS AL DEPT.41116 is hereby supplemented and extended
in the total sum of $ $3.200 from unanticipated
state and/or federal funds in the following categories and itE:ms:
