A RE'SOL'UTION authorizing an appropriation and expenditure of funds
:for the following department/:fund: Current Exppense
Election Budget #001.108 together with a budget; there-
fo.re, pursuant: to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of County Comrnissioners of Grant. County that emergency conditions
require that an appropri.ati.on and expenditure of _funds be auth-
or ized :for the above-mentioned department;/ bund, together with a
budget therefor; and
