GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 90 -150 -CC
WHEREAS; Jerry A. Dormaier, M.Ed. qualifies as a Designated
Mental Health Professional as defined by WAC 275-56-010 (33),
and RCW 71.05.010 (6) and is employed by Grant County Mental
Health and Family Service Center;
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of the Grant County Commissioners
that Jerry A. Dormaier, M.Ed. be designated to provide the
services of a Mental Health Professional as defined in RCW
Chapter 71.05, effective this 11th day of December, 1990.
