GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
PERMIT FOR INGRESS AND
EGRESS ON COUNTY ROAD
RIGHT-OF-WAY
RESOLUTION NO. 90 -:1.36 -CC
WHEREAS, Wallace L. and Joy J. Morris, hereinafter
referred to as the grantees, have a need for the privilege to use
a sixty (60) foot road right-of-way, lying thirty (30) feet on
either side of the following described centerline, for access to
their property for farming purposes only and not for habitat or
dwelling access:
That portion of County Road F -NE beginning at
the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter
of Section 251 Township 19 North, Range 27
E.W.M.; thence Southerly along the East line
of said section to its intersection with the
North Frontage Road.
WHEREAS, this privilege is revocable at will by
grantor, with or without cause, and;
WHEREAS, in consideration of this permit, the grantees
agree to indemnify and hold harmless the County of Grant from any
and all loss or damages of any kind, including costs and
attorney's fees, incident to or resulting from any claims made
against the County of Grant by any party as a result of or
incident to, using the above described road right-of-way,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of
County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington hereby grants
the privilege of ingress and egress for farming purposes to the
grantees across the above described road right-of-way subject to
the above stated provisions.
