GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 90--1-37-=CC
A RESOLUTION authorizing an appropriation and expenditure of funds
for the :following department/fund: EMERGENCY SERVICES FUND #102,
DEPARTMENT 44144 , together with a budget there-
fore,
here-
fore, pursuant to RCW 36.40.1.40.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant, County that emergency conditions
require that an appropriation and expenditure of funds be auth-
orized for the above-mentioned department/fund, together with a
budget therefor; and
WHEREAS, pursuant -to RCW 36.40.1-40, Resolution No. 90 -123 -CC
was duly adopted on 11/13/90 , and published :in the
G.C.Journal on 11/19&11/25/90 declaring an
emergency and stating the facts constituting the emergency and
the estimated amount of funds required to meet it, together with a
notice of public hearing, and said public hearing was held thereon
where interested persons were allowed to appear and be beard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE 130ARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHING'T'ON, that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds is hereby authorized for the :following
department/fund: EMERGENCY SERVICES FUND 0102,DEPT.44144
in the total sum of $ $5,254 according to the attached
budget.
